Explaining the Concept of Consequential Damages In Design and Construction
The concept of consequential damages is one of the least understood concepts in design and construction law, yet it is also one of the most important. While this term doesn’t have any fixed meaning from project to project, consequential damages are usually going to be the damages that flow indirectly from a breach, such as a breach of contract or negligence.
